Communities find the organizations serving them, and those organizations reach the allies ready to back them.
The TDA Foundation identifies diaspora organizations community by community and verifies each one to a standard partners trust. Our DiasporaSearch platform showcases diaspora organizations and communities from all backgrounds across the United States. We also strengthen how organizations tell their own story, through open convenings, peer learning, and guidance any diaspora organization can use.

Trainings
Diaspora organizations gain the skills that carry deep community trust into bigger rooms.
The TDA Foundation runs customized diaspora trainings, convenings, and peer learning that build the skills organizations need to grow. Leaders sharpen governance, organize their data, and present their work, so each organization walks into the rooms where people make decisions, ready to lead.

What one diaspora community works out reaches the next community faster.
The TDA Foundation connects diaspora communities and helps build powerful networks that shape and influence real outcomes across the country and around the world. A youth program in one city meets three others running the same model, and every community that joins strengthens the ones already there.
